Tom Rubin Ent - Plastic Ring Assembly for Nos Charts

Nylon/plastic 4-ring set designed for the FAA/NACO Approach Plate book. The seamless closure of the plastic rings (as opposed to metal rings) keeps the pages from tearing; also our plastic rings won't get hot or affect magnetic compasses as will the metal rings.
